Today has been a loooong crazy day that started at 10 in the morning and lasted until a few hours ago. She was literally running from one place to another and was sincerely grateful to have the Tod’s Miky bag with her throughout the day; Having a large bag for fashion week is really a must. Let me reiterate that I’m not a style blogger (haha, I’m more of an aspiring style blogger :D), but although I had initial doubts about carrying a large bag, I ended up
wantbegging to carry a big bag.
I could no longer risk my camera “shaking” and hitting people and getting hit in the process. I took the Tod’s Miky to the core today and I can tell you that this bag is much more useful than my Tod’s D bag (my fail-safe Travel bag) 😀
I was also carrying this bag when I went to Tod’s presentation this afternoon. My top picks included this new shape of D bag (can you tell the difference between this new and the classic D bag?) in this buttery soft leather that, for some faScinating reason, is also very, very light.
A close up of the leather of the bag, you must see it. It’s textured calfskin, but I can’t figure out why this is so light! Is incredible!
And then of course this is just as intriguing, the newer bag (actually this isn’t a new style, it was derived from an older piece and redesigned to make it moreau courant) . I think this is called Kate.
The bag also comes with a detachable shoulder strap 🙂
Here are more photos of the latest Tod’s bags for Spring Summer 2013.
I’ll do individual posts about the bags, don’t worry; Naturally, I dedicate entire posts to the bags I really love (or don’t really like). In this case, Tod’s bags are, as always, a tried and tested favourite.
